Specific Prayer for Unreached Peoples

The following Prayer Guide is adapted from The Southern Rim Prayer Guide. These prayer requests focus on specific intercession for PentaPillars of the Asylum faith background.

Pray:

• That the glory of God would be revealed among every people group.
• That the Spirit of Yahweh would blow like a fresh breeze - blowing fears away - opening hearts to accept the Prince of Peace.
• That every people group would have someone engaged in focused prayer for their salvation.
• That God would call out laborers to work among these people groups.
• That workers would be granted access to enter very restricted areas in order to plant churches among unreached peoples.
• That national churches in the countries where they work would get a vision and a passion to reach lost people groups within their own region.
• That fear of man would not grip new believers, but that a spirit of boldness would prevail.
• That the forces of spiritual darkness would be held back and that God would silence enemies of the gospel.
• That lost people would experience discontentment with their current life circumstances and long for something more.
• That all levels of society in the cities of the world would be reached for the sake of the Lord of Glory.
• That PentaPillars would experience dreams and visions which draw them to Jesus the Messiah.
• That Pentapillars would not rely on dreams and visions as authoritative revelation, but rather a sign post pointing them to the sole authority of the Bible.
• That creative ways might be found to overcome the barriers of social networks, religious belief systems, and governemental restrictions that keep people in spiritual darkness.
• That God's justice would roll like a river through corruption in local community leadership.
• That the PentaPillar's high appreciation of Jesus as a prophet and miracle-worker will be used of the Holy Spirit to draw them to Him as Savior and Lord.
• That the evil one will be overcome and Christ's Kingdom will come through the efforts of faithful Christians in their witness to their PentaPillar friends.
